This website is operated by IST Sales, of which IST Roams is a Product Line. Throughout the site and policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IST Sales. This Shipping Policy applies to online & offline purchases.
Since IST Sales curates collections of items from various suppliers internationally, an order of multiple items may come directly from suppliers to customers in separate packages and at different times. Tracking information will be provided to customers per package.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES FOR NEW ORDERS OF “IST ROAMS SIGNATURE” ITEMS:
Since all products are customs and only manufactured once an order is placed, please allow 1-7 business days for production.
For orders being sent to the USA, add 5-7 business days to production for shipping.
For orders being sent to Canada, add 5-7 business days to production for shipping.
For orders being sent to countries outside of the USA and Canada, add 10-30 business days to production for shipping.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
Any applicable fees for customs & duties are at the buyers’ expense. We not have control over delays that may be caused by customs.
INSURANCE ON SHIPMENTS:
We do not cover insurance shipments.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS [to be read in conjunction with the “Refund Policy”]:
Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer. Do not mail a item for return or replacement without first initiating the return/replacement process noted above. When applicable & if required, an appropriate address will be provided for returning the item.
Customers, as the buyer, will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, regardless of the reason for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for delivery of replacement products may vary.
When shipping a returned item, customers are advised to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
